You still have to send photos no matter what

Well I just shouldn't try apply then, I have no photos of us, someone stole my phone with wedding photos, I am just frustrated at this point

Your husband have Facebook or you have friends or family took pucs

Sadly we just went and sign up. Can I apply for a visitor Visa and when he gets here do the application for permanent residence for him.

You see visitor visa have low approval rate, because he has you in canada and they assume he will not leave, but you need round trip tickets, that he has a job in Guyana, they want bank account information and yes if hes approve for a trv apply plus for an owp

Yes he has job in Guyana and I will make sure he goes back home. But that is my only solution for now and then we can get remarried here take photos and then do the application for permanent residence

yes try for a trv

Can I apply for the visitor visa for him from here or does he have to do it from the country he is in?

I think i read in the checklist that if the couple has been married for more than two years, have at least one child together and it's the first marriage for both it's not necessary to send the 20 photos. Also it says that if for some reason you can't provide any of the requirements you can send an explanation letter. In any case, download the most recent checklist and confirm if what I am saying is valid and applies to your case.

We only sent one photo of the 2 of us together for our common-law application (which was successful). We're in our 50s and don't make a habit of taking photos constantly.

Then maybe there is hope, for me. I hate taking pictures and ye does too. I have know him for over 13 years. I feel so overwhelmed by this, cause I have all other proof except photos.

So in 13 years, you two have no picture taken together? Like at someone else's wedding, party? A group photo when you two shows sigh of a couple would work too. It doesn't need to be formal pictures of wedding or special ceremony.

I have know him for 13 years, we haven't been together, that long and I live in Canada he lives in another country. So hence forth the reason why we dont have pictures together and the phone had with few was stolen.

You can only send what you have. If you don't have photos together then you can't send photos together. If you have lots of other evidence of a genuine relationship then hopefully that will be enough for you.
