hello ladies,
amethystfaire - yeah i'm lucky to be with him and go through all this together but i'm so far from home, in a completely strange world for me with different mentality and miss Montreal, my friends, my family a lot, it's not easy; i'm obsessed preparing this application and keep gathering proofs/infos, i should just stop and send it how it is, hopefully very soon; each time i went back to Canada his visit visas were rejected; traveling alone is not fun, so i didn't enjoy my visits fully; it's frustrating to have boundaries like this
Ines - best of luck with ur interview and for sure it's good to b with ur hubby and prepare together and support him; but if i were u and my love would have his interview I don't think I would go; I'll go with him until the respective building and wait for him outside; if they would see the sponsor there then it's almost sure that they would want to interview both in different rooms to compare...who knows what they would ask and from that i say blue and he says green and bang, they put the title of non-genuine...if they interview only the applicant they will have just his set of answers; as they r, they cannot compare, they should just take it as a fact...i know i don't do well under pressure and i trust he would do fine without me...i heard cases who were rejected and the sponsor sincerely believed that if she wasn't there with him and she wouldn't have been interviewed too the outcome might have been different...
as for the French classes - he just knows basic words, i try to teach him more slowly, but no time, loosing focus; we bought some learning CDs but i think the real learning will start when he feels we r closer to move there
good luck to all!!
