Hello to all forum members,

I'm just about to send my CEC application from inside Canada and have some question regarding it

1. Do I have to pay $150 fee for my NON-ACCOMPANYING dependent now?
2. Is/are letter of reference mandatory?

Thank you.

No Reference Letter? Rejection For Sure....

Send it with application... get it from employer

go to section # 10 in the below link for checklist and include those details

Hello,

can anyone confirm if this is the right address to send CEC application (I am sending it from within Canada):

Citizenship & Immigration Canada

Centralized Intake Office
PO Box 4000
Sydney, NS
B1P 1J3

I just need to be sure. Thank you.

If you want to send it by regular mail, yes. I'd suggest using courier services, in which case the address is:

Citizenship & Immigration Canada
Canadian Experience Class
Centralized Intake Office
49 Dorchester Street
Sydney, NS
B1P 5Z2
Canada

Yes indeed, thanks again dear forumers...

What's the difference between regular and courier? I'm thinking just regular sending from BC. Like usual, tracking number and all...

Well, "regular post" does not provide any tracking or delivery verification. Canada Post does provide special services (e.g. express mail, delivery confirmation) that would be better than no tracking, and they do deliver to PO boxes. Couriers (Fedex, DHL, UPS, Purolator) do not deliver to PO boxes and therefore need a street address.

Use Canada Post National Prepaid Express Post . It will cost around $18

Hey again fellow forumers,

just tiny bit of thought - should I include a copy of my insurance card (the one that look like driver's licence)? I didn't read anywhere it should be included in application, but...
Moreover, generic application form question #4 (Immigration Office requested for processing this application) should I write CIO in Sydney, Nova Scotia, CA or CPP Ottawa?

I'm trying not to overthink, but I just can't stop worrying if everything is OK.

...Long weekend ahead and thanks for previous responses.

...doesn't matter I've sent it... put CPP-Ottawa in #4 and go with the street address (not PO Box), registered mail... $12.60 from BC.

Thanks everyone!
