juss visiting for 2 weeks .... tried twice but still havin confusion!!!!

Hi guys... I'm a nepali citizen who is currently in the UK with ILE ( Idefinate Leave of/for Entry ) its kinda like a temporary citizenship..... i got a job and am a part time student.... and i wanna goto canada to meet my gurl... and i followed all the rulz and the forms that i need but still something always turn bad... either the embassy is juss playing me or m juss a unlucky with this... i really need to go!! so i have come here to ask for ur help!!!

regarding Sponcership letters... i do need that as my country is listed on the list of countries that do need a sponcership for visa to canada.... again i ask another question ... will my gurl's student visa do? shes lived there over a year now... will it work to give me a sponcership letter for entry... accomodation and travel and expences will all be done by me so the question abt my sponcership letter can it allowed by the embassy??? or do i need a canadian citizenship holder to sponcer me???

as for getting the visa on my better side.. i heard that if i book my tickets and hotel reservations in advance and show the embassy that m stayin in a certain hotel will that better my chances to gettin it???

plz help me i need answers to this asap PLZ GUYS I BEG U!!!!

1. CHC/CIC doesn't believe that you will return to the UK if they issue a TRV. so they refuse.

you need to show as much ties to the country you are currently residing as possible

A letter from your employer will work.. it has to state your position, salary, months/years in employment, and a statement from your employer that you will be only on leave or vacation while in Canada and that you are expected to return on the said date... then....GET THIS NOTARIZED... very important... Trust me... I've been there... Also, ties from your country of residency... if you are a Nepali citizen, applying from UK... it might be a very long shot in all honestly... They will see it that you are using the UK as a stepping stone to live in Canada.. They don't like that... they don't like "white lies"... you know what I mean? But...if you have strong ties in the UK and that you are a resident of that country as well as a Nepali citizen...then I don't see a problem... but if you can't produce strong ties to UK or Nepal... then you might be in bad shape... Most of the time your financial means...even if you are a millionaire...won't mean anything to them if they feel that you want to be in Canada for a different reason...
