hey all

what documents you attached to show your family ties and to satisfy the immigration that you will come back to Pakistan after completing your studies + SOP
can you people send me in-box the samples becuase i am gona apply for next intake semester 2011
as i am refused twice bcz i am working in Gulf States Doha Qatar so planing to come to pakistan next month
to proceed my visa application 3rd time ;D ;D ;D ;D from Islamabad .

is there any good consultant available in your personal experience ???????

yaar proving ties for me is much much harder..

applied for immigration in 2007 under old rules its in process..i am david cohen client.
applied again in may 2010 under new rules.. preassesment till now not done..



have applied two times for immigration.. it would be much much tougher for me


beharhall.. what have i shown is..


1) study leave from my employer.
2) statement from my employer than i will join back after completion
3) i am a govt servent.
4) have my own fixed deposits.
5) have a peice of land in my name. per abhe didnot show.. if asked in interview tab lay jaown ga.
6) did show income tax returns for myself
7) tax returns for my dad
8) 4 of my previous passports.. 2 green ordinary and 2 blue offical ones. showing my many visits to china and hongkong and my subsequent returns.

wellll i applied twice and 2nd time i attached leave letter from employer and re-joining letter but the immigration refused me bacuause of family ties so i am gona attach property docs 3rd time for jan 2011 semester
