June/July 2019: Anyone who submitted the passport to CPC Ottawa

Application Approved.
CPC - Ottawa received (Passport Copy, Pics, Annex A) on Nov 4.
Just checked this morning and the count down is gone and says
November 14, 2019 Your application was approved. Check your messages below for details.
But there are no messages...
Tracker has yet to be activated.

Anyone who sent passport to Ottawa in November and got it back already. Please post your timelines and category under which you applied for PR. looks like CEC is taking minimum 22 days and people who are just submitting passport copy are getting the return email activated very fast

Can you please tell who signed for your passport? Mine was signed by J Farley, delivered on July 18th.

I wonder who that person is. Mine was signed by SCI FARLEY.
Did you get any update in your account saying passport received?
