Which notes are you referring to? Where does the update occur about passport received?
The application notes which are used by IRCC and accessible to the phone agents. You don't get an update for Passport received. For that you have to call them about 2 wks from your passport delivery date.
 
Congratulations... How did you get to know about the COPR printed date? did your profile got updated with that information?
Thanks. No I called them this morning. Agent said ur COPR was printed on Tuesday July 30, now it shouldn't take that long. They are just waiting for the passport back from printing room.

COPR printed : July 30,2019
Status : waiting for the passport back from the visa printing room


Agent said to check the tracker within 24-48 hours. Hoping for the good news soon:):)


Thanks for the update. Mine was also delivered to Ottawa on July 18. But still no update on CIC account.
 
Did you try calling CIC? Even we got the information from CIC agents. my CIC portal still shows status as "In Progress"

No, I didn't call them after getting PPR and my CIC portal is also showing "In Progress" right now. BTW when was your passport delivered to Ottawa?

Yeah, tried to call them and unable to connect with an agent or request call back too. Just getting the error "We are experiencing a high volume of calls. Please visit IRCC website or try again later."

You'll have to call them multiple times to be able to get into the queue.
 
I can understand where you are coming from. I hope your wait comes to an end this week.

Well, my AOR was September 30, 2018, so I feel like being restless is inevitable. A lot of things are held up because of it.
