There are two options, $5 or free option. I ordered for the free one, I heard both versions contain the same information anyway...
How do you guys order that? I was never sure what to opt for? And does it really have to be permanent resident or citizen ordering the notes? Thanks
Hello, choose the one that is free. I can't remember what's it called, but there are two options of which one is free. No, you don't have to be a PR, you only need to be residing in Canada.

I received my AOR June 30, 2017. My medical profile was passed and updated on August 24, 2017. I received "Ready for visa" email September 18, 2017.
I sent my passport and PR pictures on September 19, 2017.
IRCC received my documents September 20, 2017. My profile was updated with approved on October 5, 2017.
I received my COPR and passport on October 6, 2017.
I completed my landed on October 14, 2017 by leaving Canada and returning by air. Thank God.

I'm sure you are almost there. you will probably move to IP2 and get PPR same day! No updates on my end....Any updates @Tomi2 ?? Mine hasnt changed since ADR 2 weeks ago..still in NA
