Sounds like Quebec is all about BS already...they have not yet initiated contact nor did they send what candidates need to send.
People are already having a good experience before immigrating? mmmm..any 2nd thoughts??

they said in the course of spring i has started 2 days ago, also the most people are out with new rules

I dont think any new rules will affect people who already applied. In other words, whatever time you made application your assessment would be against the criteria at the time you have made the application (not at the time your application is being assessed.)

Oh..... you are so misinformed. You might want to read MIDI news again. It's applicable to all people that have not yet received checklist from MIDI
 
worse, I saw a guy in other thread who got the document list in Jan, but sent the documents out on March 15, someone replied said he is in the same situation and said get affected by the new change which was confirmed by midi.
