Could anyone advise me what is the process to Withdraw an FSW application?

Will I receive a refund?

My Visa office is Buffalo and we have decided to move to Australia. I have not yet received my AOR.

Yes you can ask for a refund after you received your AOR. Also if your application rejected they will give back your money!

Are you staying in Canada ? I do not understand when you say your Visa office is Nova Scotia. As far I know, you can not
select Nova Scotia as Visa office. Perhaps any senior can respond to this query. I do not see Nova Scotia as Visa office in the
list given on the CIC website

Nova Scotia is not a visa office. people in canada send their files to Buffalo...is it a typo or did you make a mistake in yor forms?

I think you can leave Q13 blank but wait for feedback from London VO applicants.
