Dear friends , It was returned because it reached there after 26th .... so the rules of the games were changed by that time.

Sorry for your hard luck. My application was also received by C.I.O. on 25 june 2010. i dnt know what would happend with mine

Did you send your application on 25 june? or recieved by C.I.O on 25 june?? How many days back you recieved it back?

Bad luck but don't give up. U never know this canadians ,next month they will come up with new rules...!!

Yes we have to wait till september 1st week to get start...Delay is causing cuz CIO has been flooded with April applications …and we all have to pay for this. So have patience.
