Guys, just wondering how does the CIC request for medical? is it a form or a letter? via e-mail or post?

we got a request 2 days back via email, asking us to send certain updated copies of documents. one of them is "medical registration". can anybody explain if this is the request for medical already?

Senior Need your advice re timeline in passport submission for visa issuance

Dear All,

Today I received a passport request for submission. Could anybody know or idea if there is any time limit for this? I am scheduled for my vacation next month and would take a month before I can submit my passport. Although in the letter they did not mention time limit. Please seniors need your input.

Ung sakin nauna hiningi nila ung mga updated copy ng passport namin and nagbayad kami ng res fee. then pinadalhan kami ng instruction para sa medical, then ung hospital na accredited nila ung direct nag submit ng medical report.

our PPRs are quite clear. it says "please submit the requested documents within 30 days of this email"

you may need to contact your case officer.

22/5/14 Further medical tests requested done on 5/6
23/6 pp copy requested send by email in the same day,
14/7 ppr2 requested submitted to embassy in Abu Dhabi in 16/7

Please let me know how did you sent the PP copy request? I got the PP copy request and I sent soft copy only. Should I sent the hard copy also?

This is just analysis of processing time:
In the past 8 months, CIC was able to drop processing time of first phase of the PR applicant as Protected person to two months, then the Minister spoke about this progress and how CIC is success in implementing new refugees rules.
Now days, CIC is racing time to reduce the processing time of Skilled program includes PhD stream to about six months as they promised and to lunch new system in Jan. 2015. At that time CIC Minster will come out and speaks how he success in reducing the processing time. There will be no one asks for what happening for old applicants MI-1.

hello fellow June 2010 applicants - any news from you and have you all received your visas and / or settled in in Canada? If yes, which part of Canada are you in?

In my case, we did a short landing in Vancouver mid October 2014 and in my mind, we are not coming back possibly until 2016.

But lo and behold, both me and my wife got job offers in December and we are now fully settled in Calgary, Alberta

it has been good so far so wanting to know if you guys can share your experiences too
