hi frndz as i already told u i reapplied on 17th june and my application was recieved on 24th june,but i am still somewhat confused initially when i applied my app was reurned with rejection letter stating that the description of main duties of my job was insufficient and they need the more detail. so they had writtten send ur application with this letter and attached appendices with ur application.so i downloaded new forms and made detail list of my main duties and along with rejection letter i sent the application again.but now i am worried should i need to send the old application forms also with that letter?as i sent only new forms and that letter.if this time they return the application because of this reason can anybody suggest sumthing???????

Hi cpd_faye,

I also applied under NOC 1111 through a canadian consultant on 5th June and application reached NS on 8th June. I am also keeping my fingers crossed and hoping for the best.
Is there any way i can get to know whether the application reached CIC office?

hi anubhav,

as i read from the forum, they will send us acknowledgment letter and it takes around 2 mos upon receiving our application. I am also waiting for this letter, hopefully everything is fine. For now lets wait and always be informed each others situation.

Don't worry, if they sent you a letter of rejection & asked to re-submit with this letter, then you have already done that. Since your new form contains extra information in addition to the old info. it already superseeds the old form, which is not required anymore.
If your new app. is convincing enough to justify your job duties, then your application will be accepted as long as you have resent the whole package with all forms completed (as per rules prior to 26 June).

I have sent my application on 10 june 2010 and reached NS on 17 June. My NOC code is 4131. But i had not given my IELTS till date. Will they return my application or give me time of 120 days to submits all docs with ielts proof to local visa office>

the applicant who's application is recieved at cio before june26 can send their original ielts certificate with full docs at local visa office

Hi Satinder 1981,
In response to ur query, you would be given additional time to submit IELTS test doc which is 120 days becuase your case would be treated under old system.

To all applicants,

As we know we all are in tough time since new list released…but remember one thing that If life happens to deliver a situation to you that you cannot handle, do not attempt to resolve it. Kindly put it in the SFGTD (something for God to do) box. All situations will be resolved. Once the matter is placed into the box, do not hold onto it by worrying about it. Hi All

Just want to know how to make sure that DD sent to CIO is encashed as the day we make DD from the bank ,amount is debited from bank account and local bank claims that they cannot give information that DD is credited in CIO account. thx
