i m very confused about my application.the reason is that i have to be missed to attach the payment form imm 5620 but i have sent the dd from bank with proper fee as reqired per law.somebody told me imm 5620 is important for those who r using their credid cards for payment of fee and it will not affact my case. is there some here to remove my confusion i m uner noc 3112.will this be for rejection from cio my app was recied by cio on 8 th of june.
please help me

If unfortunately due to any reason my application is returned, and i again have to resubmit....

that will i fall under the new rule or under the old rule?

I am v.confused.

I don't think that they will judge you application under old rule they clearly said that
application received on or after 26 June will be judge on new rule

You are under old rules and not effected by new rules. People applying after 26th june will be consider under new rules. Apart from new list now applicants will have to gice ielts before sending application to CIC.

Hello Dears,

I applied on 24th June under 0213. It is expected to reach to CIO by 28th or 29th. BUT most probably i am waiting for my rejection he he he ... ...Well, Don't worry.... enjoy the life and go for alternate solutions....

There is nothing permanent.... !!! Let us think of other solutons... Well, i learned one thing, in Case of any Visa always be Negative... !!! even if you get Visa... Enjoy and if you have to face this kind of situation... it won't disturb you much......

Best of luck to all of those who applied before 26th June-2010 and those who are not going to get... try to get Offer letter from Employer and try again.... Be Positive.... !!!

I am very glad to be with you in the forum. I had my application in NS last May 5, 2010. When do you think I should expect any word from their side? Should I keep my hands tight waiting for them? Or can I contact some one? Do they usually contact me through email or regular mail? I too much worry that in case I have something missing in my file, then I will be judged according to the new rules. Is this is possible?

Hi qchem,

CIC currently processing the applications received between 10th and 20th April, i would say you will need to wait atleast another 4 weeks before you heard anything from CIC. It usually takes 8-10 weeks once your application is received by CIC. They will send you an email once you pass the first stage. If there is any problem with your forms they will send it back to you and then you will be consider under new rules when you will re-apply.

hearing about the new rules is really drastic and very sad. Luckilly, i applied mine before the changes, 1111 Accountant. To all of us, let keep waiting and praying that we will get our dream.

Uffffffff ! Luckly My application received in CIO on June 23rd there before the list came, but I am still very coonfused as the my 1st case was rejected on the same reason that NOC was not matched although I applied 1st on 09th May 2008 on NOC 2171 and Proposed change of list came on Nov 10th 2009 which states that your occupation is not on this list , I hope this does not happen with me on 2nd time, Please pray for me all of you

I also applied under NOC 1111 through a canadian consultant on 5th June and application reached NS on 8th June. I am also keeping my fingers crossed and hoping for the best.
Is there any way i can get to know whether the application reached CIC office?

Fee payment form is compulsory to be sent with initial app. to CIO, Sydney after 9th Sept. 2009. If you have missed it, then your application will be rejected as incomplete. It does not matter whether payment is by DD or CC, fee payment form is mandatory.
You may get some relief if they ask you to submit the form separately pending further processing till you do not send the same. I would suggest you send the form immediately to CIO by priority courier less it get rejected. They may add it even now to your application.
However if it does get rejected then you can still apply again since your NOC-3112 is still valid. However now you will have to send all documents incl. IELTS score & police verification to CIO.
I would suggest get going & send the imm5620 immediately & give reference of your application sent earlier, mention your full name, DOB, Visa Office, category etc. on the covering letter.
