Did you received your AOR from Sydney, How much time its taking to recieve 1st AOR , I am actually re-applying, my 1st case was refused due to NOC was not in list, so now applying in 0213 Code for IT Manager, Please pray for me to get approval , I have over 5 years of IT Experence , Me and we wife has maters degree and my real brother is in canda too.

I was refused as well.Applied in March but got rejection.First AOR should come after 2.5 month.

I send the Application to CIO on June 2nd

1) 13 Months Canadian Work Experience - Currently working in Canada
2) Full time time job offer from the employer.
3)Work permit valid till 30th June 2011 -
4) 11 years Work Experience in 0213 and 2147
5)Requested for New Delhi visa office for processing...
6)Me and Wife did masters . Wife holds a Canadian open work permit..

Can any body let me know what would be the processing time in my case..

Asalm Saida I want to apply for the FSI visa. Please give me some information. I am in Australia completed my master of professional accounting and i am from india completed master of commerce and having around 4 and half years experience as a Finance Manager from India. I am not sure how to begin. Please help me I am in a deep Trouble. What is the first stage how we can apply and what sort of docs are needed for that. The main thing is funds. Do i have show the funds when I apply or later when my file is send for processing to my regional office? Please guide me

Hi!
For first stage you should only fill in application which are on official site for Canadian Immigration.
Proof of funds and IELTS Exam you will require later after Sydney approval!
