i have not been quite as lucky as London VO is a bit slow in processing.
i have been asked to submit updated forms in June and then nothing - no ECAS update or confirmation of receipt of documents.
we then had our first child in july and after securing birth certificates and passport, i proceeded to submit to update our documents last month.
last week, i got an email from London VO informing me that the payment form is incorrect and that they prefer bank draft - at least it confirmed that they have received and have looked at our updated documents...
bank draft takes one working week to prepare and on top of CAD 150 payment, bank charges and courier fees is around $80. then it takes another 6 working days for the courier to get to London.
i hope that by the time we get MR, it does not clash with our planned holiday in mid December. otherwise..................!!!
sorry just have to vent my frustrations!
