I'm March 2010 applicant and still awaiting MR! I don't understand whts wrong with LVO! My NOC is 1111!

I want to clear my doubts please help

1 As per Administrative Data Releases Q3 September 2012, the pending FSW applications are 94,485.

I want to ask, are these pending applications 94,485 consists of Principal Applicants only or Principal Applicants + Dependents.

As the annual quota for the 2013 is 55,000 and this quota is for Principal Applicants or Principal Applicants + Dependents.

My doubt is if 94, 485 pending application are of Principal Applicants only then total applications becomes near about 2,70,000 by adding their dependents and if we see the average quota for lase three years it is around 55,000-60,000 every year then we have to wait for 5 years to clear this backlog.

So please reply that CIC issues 55,500 visa in 2013 to Principal Applicants or to Principal Applicants +Dependents. If they issue the 55,500 visa to Principal Applicants + Dependents then only 15,000 to 20,000 Principal Applications will be clear then it will take a long time for us.

Visa quota is for Principal applicant + dependents =55000
Pending applicants are Principal applicants+ dependents = 94,485

thus 2 years required to clear the backlog.

This years quota of about 55000 is only for FSW applicants and they have backlog of 94000 or something is total of only FSW. They have plan to issue 250K visas in 2013 which includes Family Class, Parents, FSW and all categories. We concern with only 55K only as we are FSW applicants. so it will be about 2 years i.e. end of 2014 which was defined by Ministers. The matter is only with which bus we get 2013 or 2014. Hopefully all MI1+MI2+MI3 will be treated by 2013 and rest applicants who applied before Feb 2008 will get in 2014.

94000 inventory is as on Sept 2012 end. By Dec 2012 end, it would have been around 85000. The quaterly update will come in first week of March 2013.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on October 5, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on May 18, 2012."

6-9 Months for the whole process of PR what CIC promised when we applied. Its 3 years (36 Months) and not even the MR in sight.
They still claim 28 months for the whole process on their timelines.

Hhhmmmmm do not know what to say or what to do !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The trend shows that CHC process almost 25% of quota in each quarter. Also they are increasing speed more and more in next quarter. They could issue 10% quota en each month. We who are waiting for Visa but some of us will get MR till June 2013 only. then rest will get MR latest by June 2014 as they are intended to clear all backlog till Dec. 2014. So we need to wait for maximum 1.5 year only.... its half than we had waited for....Isn't it a cheerful event.....!

1st Quarter ends on 31/03/2013 so update will be available in first week of April 2013 or max by 10th april

Dear all members Alhmodllilah , yesterday I received my PPR , . I am so happy because I was very frustrated last months about PPR as my VO JMR as I am usually reading the feedback from the members , But I am very happy ,to give all members with VO JMR the hope that they will receive soon Inshallh PPR .
As My medical request was on 2/8/2012 , done on ,26/8/2012 , received by London VO on 3/8/2012, 3rd line on Ecase 10/9/2012, PPR on 12/3/2012./ Visa for me will be valid till 10/9/2013
I am praying for all members to get the PPR soon Inshallah , because I received my PPR after 6 months from medical , by the way I am resident of UAE.

They initially give visa for 1 year from date of issue. so you may land any time u want within that period
