@rsrvya
hi, I wud like to reiterate that ur case is not like kavya's, she committed so many mistakes. moreover, as per my opinion VO has a doubt
that her experience letter was not credible hence obtained jst for immigration purposes.

so dont worry, will get ur visa soon.
god bless u.

Hello strame and seniors,
one query from my side, pls advise if you analyse the situation. I m inprocess with date (xx march12) with noc code 0213(Computer Network Manager). My employer`s (Director`s) PA received calll 2 week ago from NDVO regarding my verification. I am worried because he told him that i am working as Computer Hardware Manager and in job profile he said i am only person to manage all computer Hardware operation. Whereas i m also manage all computer network as well. Director`s PA is not much computer savoy person and he don't know much difference between two post name. They asked 8 to 10 question regarding my verification like, post name, job profile, Salary bank account, No. of years, No. of staff, no. of computers etc. After that no call for me from their side. My queries is :-

1)Is it serious and negative sign (whereas many applicants like kavya & others received calls after the job verification from employer)
2)Any doubt about like job duties doesn't match
3) is we are under scanner of VO regarding job duties in this stage( In-process with date)

Thanks with regards,

Thanks

I have a query friends. I have seen MI 3 applicants getting medicals as quickly as within 1-2 months of their file getting transferred to NDVO. How do they complete the background checks, security checks and criminality checks of the MI 3 applicants in such a short period of time.

For MI 1 they take years !!!

It is possible. You will recall that they were mandated to submit full documentation to CIO. Majority of the VO tasks regarding screening, verification, background and security checks might have been carried out at Nova Scotia. My opinion anyway.

Cheers

Earlier there was lot of check points and reviews which they eliminated recently and introduced new software’s and methods, these all are part of process improvements and cost cuttings.

And volumes also matters, MI1 is around 144000 applications and MI2 and 3 together is just 30000.

Way to go kid, believe me, I lived in Canada for three years and God I did good, so for sure you will find what you are looking for, just keep your mind on your goals, be honest, make people know you as the best person in this world and canuks will help you, that's my experience, and I hope I'll have the chance to meet you there soon.

Dear All

First of all I feel all VO's are following their time line. we all are going to be in Canada by Dec 2012. If you calculate the time line of applicants from whom VO's have not demanded any additional documents they are within the specified time line of the VO's ( in NDVO is 18 months from complete application package, means 2 AOR ). I submitted full doc's in Jan 2011 and my "inprocess" date is may 2012 ( 14 months ). I feel if all goes well, medicals are on their way ( In July )

Rest Pray to God....

Mate what do you say about me I have already crossed 18 months but still the status is RBVO
