Finally my ecas changed from RBVO inside to in process.

It has a general status "in process" from march 2011....

Thanks Shergill. App. June 2010. Got 1st AOR in October 2010. Sent all docs in Jan 2011. Heard nothing until April 16th when I got request for Medicals and RPRF. My NOC is 4131. My VO is Port of Spain

Initial set of dox sent in march 2010, final set to moscow VO in July. In august received the second AOR. Ecas status was RBVO till march 2011. Then, after i requested CaIPS (but not 100% sure those two processes were related) my status changed to "in process" with RBVO in details. And nothing happened till yesterday when i found that in details a new line was added (see my previous post).

The samensituation with my friend (samendates). But with one addition. Today his status changed to "decision made" and in details a new line appeared "decision was made. We will inform you in a while", or smth like that.

Any idea re my friend's case? Is thee a chance that the decision was negative? Both of us have NOC 0111. And total score 71/73 accordingly

HI Brothers!
I have applied FSW in NOC 1111 in 201 and my file was transfer to London in 2010. In 2011 I came in Australia and applied for refugee. In December 2011, My refugee claim was refused and I have appealed against the decision.
In Feb 2012, I received letter from London High Commission-Canada to send updated Forms and police Certificates. Now at this stage can anyone please tell me what to do regarding background declaration?
Should I mention about my Refugee Claim and refusal?
In case I mention and in case I don’t mention what would happened.
My family is in Pakistan and I am doing job as Head of Finance on refugee work visa in Australia.
I am stuck up in very tough situation
Can anyone have knowledge and guide me regarding this situation?
I would be highly thankful.

No. Status straight from RBVO to Decision Made.

don't worry it seems something is wrong coz many many members are in the same situation included me........all in process appications turned into Decision made without MR..........I read many many posts just today and all have recieved during these 2-3 days......so dont worry ....let's wait
