The wait has never been so tiring...

I understand that those who have applied in June 2010 would soon be getting medicals...

I wonder when such a day will come for me and for everyone in this forum...

HI Thanks for giving us hope. but dont guess anything till atleast 1 applicant of May or June gets MR.
Dont be so hopeful and positive about them. In my opinion they have declared only 24 occupations but they had considered all pending files of FSW1 onwards. They are well aware about the categorywise files for each occupation and will only process as per their need... They are only professional not the immotional.

Then what do u think about computer eng. this category is reopen and exist in 24 demanding occupation list....why not they clear all the pending 0213 applicant???????

Hi! You can calculate it. For example if they need 1000 computer engineers and they have 500-700 files available with them so they can re-open the same and accept 300 more so it will be 1000 files. Moreover, they are planning for next year if they have requirement of people today why they will process files in next year. They have planned the NOCs for 2014 as it will easily take 8-12 months for processing any file.
If they feel they need 500 accounts people they will check how many files of the same available with them and will accept more maximum of 300 if they have 200 pending files. And will start issuing visa to all pending applicants after 2-3 months as they need the people of accounting field in 2014.

Just remember its not India where people think what they need when they have realtime requirement. We should also think like them and plan for atleast 3-4 years from now and work accordingly..Hope you know the idioms - When there is file! you cant dig a well.

Not its not like it.They might have sufficient files in your category. They will not delay ur file. It will be cleared as normal. They are going to implement Just in Time process till then there will be some outcome about our files. So we dont need to be impassionate or excited we have a blind time of maximum of 1.5 year from now. Dont worry and stay clam..... you may improve your skills till then instead of searching here and there to know what is going to be with you.

I have going through ur posts for quite a while.I could nod no resist speaking my mind nd post few words inthis regard.
Sir, u are doing yeoman job by cajoling people in the forum,particularly those started losing hope.U DESERVE TONS OF KUDOS FOR UR EFFORTS, THEREBY MAKING THE FORUM TO LIVE WITH ITS TRUE SPIRITS.
U are correct(ref; post of liya vimod).Even if a particular NOC is deleted from the corrent list, it will not affect those who had already applied under the same noc when it was very much on the priority list( at the time of filing the INTIALapplication).

Hello Everyone, who got visa, And who have Already Landed

Y’day one of my friend got DECISION MADE and today address has been change from Mailing address to Home address what does it mean? She has applied through agent and while filling up Generic Form my friend has select Ontario as Home address (As there was not options of INDIA) but she is living in India, so can I come to know that she got finally VISA? After getting address change within how many days she will get her Passport back?

Hi Everyone!!!

I'm a june 2010 Buffalo applicant and already submitted medicals (October 2010) and RPRF (February 22nd) last month. I send them an email asking about my status and they said that my application is in "progress" and they will let me know if something else is needed.

Knowing that I'm at the final stage of this LONG process the waiting is even more painful. Thats why I want to know if someone else has the a similar timeline as me and if you had a different answer from ottawa office, just to have a little bit of hope.

Dear Sunny ji,

I am eagerly waiting for the days when u nd other friends would post happy news about status of their files. I think, who have landed or issued visas/recvd medicals are the lucky ones nd those who are still made to wait shall soon be blessed by the Almighty, as HE alone knows THE APPROPRIATE TIME FOR DOING SO.
