I think its from medical, because medical is valid upto one year and after it for entering in canada need to ne submit remedical report.

Anybody get Medical from NDVO with Same Timeline. I have appilled in Industrial Electricians - NOC 7242


"We received your application for permanent residence on June 23, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on October 5, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on May 18, 2012."

I got in process in May and medical request was send in november and ppr in janaury 15.

i also applied in june 2010,got the 1st AOR and 2nd AOR.Waiting for the interview and med request.There are taking the interview for each applicant.I applied under Noc 4131,how much time it will take, already more than 2 years over after applying,please give me the reply
