I have not got any updates since 3-2-2011. But my consultant told it could take 8-12 months more from hereonwards. So hope for best and the things can not repeat with us like applicant before Feb.2008.

Just curious to know one thing....when my status changed to IP (on 7th may), i immediately got email from NDVO that i need to resubmit mine and spouse updated PCCs. Can i assume if i provided them updated PCC, then my case would go to MR and they wont demand anything else. As i am assuming they might be satisfied with all docs of mine (except PCC), thats y they just requested that.

now i am going to apply for my younger brother in July 2012, i have some queries , i want help from my dear forum memebrs
1- for proof of funds can my brother show the value of his home, if he can show what he has to do for this.
2- is birth certificate necessary if his date of birth is mentioned on his id card, passport and metric certificate.

Anubhav you are lucky to get PCC request and you have rightly guessed that after you send them PCC you may expect MR soon
