I am waiting since 1 year after submitting my documents for medical.. my e-status has been changed to Decision made after In-Process!!!.. is this the sign to get Medical request??.. Regards..!!!

i am pre june applicant till date status is RBVO.........some of my frnd who applied in august 2011 they get visa in march 2012 within 7 months and we are waiting till last 2 yrs.

now i want to reapply again in MI-4....can i apply again or not .....without we-drawl old file.

if wedrawl den how much time will take to get back my all docx.

as per conultant pre june will get MR request after july..........what to do....wait or take action.

Already one month passed after my newborn son passed his medical.
Still waiting for passport request.
I have sent request to Ankara VO but still awaiting reply from them.
Hope that everything is ok and we will get PPR soon.

Hang in there...it is almost here. Recall that some of our mates are still RBVO just thinking aloud though. We thank God for our own pace!!!!

CIC will release your PPR any moment from now. Note also that security checks continues after MR for most people.

We have line Medical received but this is for me and husband and oldest daughter. We passed medical in November 2011, and line appeared in December.

Shoot new application you don't have to withdraw the earlier one. It might turns out that you want the new one withrawned as their may be some measure of twist and turns

Congratulations! May I ask when you submitted your complete documents? Are you under FSW1, FSW2, or FSW3?

Today, Minister Kenney announced two additional changes that will help transform Canada’s immigration system. One proposed change would help CIC ensure FSW applicants meet current labour market needs. It would allow new rules set out in Ministerial Instructions to apply to people who have already submitted an application. For example, instructions could place a priority on a specific occupation, such as doctors, and have existing applications from doctors processed first, regardless of where they are in the queue.

A similar change would allow new regulations, once approved, to apply retrospectively to people who have already submitted an application. These changes would help ensure that immigrants are chosen based on Canada’s current needs and priorities.
