Question, even if you have a job offer with a positive AEO they wont process your application?? Please advice.

hi micham,

it doesn't necessarily mean the application is in process. it can be only confirmed "in process" status, if his employer has got vercification calls, or smthg like that.

wishing him a very best of luck.

I found this in another post. Apparently this was sent to a consultant. Seems we're in for a long wait :( I guess there's litle one can do so let's just sit tight and hope that things get moving soon.

Good luck to us all!

Hi Lamhey,

I have left my job in May 2011.. so does this mean that my applciation will be declined, if CIC calls my employer or something?

hi,

It shouldn't effect your processing as far as you have a valid 1 yr working experience of your noc code in the last 10 years.
When CIC calls your employer, if they will give the correct information about you, thats goona be okay.

I think you should also inform about your current employment status to your VO.

All the best.

it is better to update the visa office about your current employment condition. in case of work experience verification they , will compile it according to your info. other ways if it is not updated , they may take it negatively. But once you have the valid work experience , it should not be affect your application even though u left or company left you whatever.

Any advice welcome.....

I have contacted CIC London via e-mail 3 times over the last 3 months. No response.
I also wrote to them over a month ago asking for my application to be withdrawn, it is not In Process so i will get my fees back.

I have had no response at all from London, and this week my application is now In Process.....

Does anyone have any experience with this. How do they contact you and when? Also is there any other way of contacting them......
I really want my application withdrawn and fees refunded.

Thanks
Morning!

Hi Morning

Why u want to withdraw after getting medical?

As you have got medicals your case is In Process which means you are not eligible for Refund of Fees.

Application submitted to CIO: June, 2010
First AOR by e-mail: October 2010

Full document submission: January 2011

Current ecas status: RBVO

Today, i received a letter from CHC London, stating that they have created a file for me. They have also attached a new file number with the letter. In the letter, it is mentioned that they will start processiing if my application is elligible.

I want to know is this letter a 2nd AOR? have anybody also received the same letter?
