Dear all,

My question is i am going to submit my full docs in Decemeber end & My wife's PP is expiring in Oct 11.So is it ok that if i submit all docs with wife's existing passport which is expiring in Oct 11.What if the PP request comes in Aug sept 2011.
What i am planning is i will submit the PP copies now to CHC ND and then after i'll get her passports renewed before the medical & PP request comes(within 6-7 months waiting )?!!

IS THAT OK?!!

Hi all,
My application was returned on Aug 19th 2010 according to CIO Agent, but didnt receive my application returned yet. can any one tell whats the way to puruse to them regarding my returned application and DD that is enclosed in that packet, my DD is not charged , What is Airway bill #?

Same happen to me so i was advice by the CIO Agent to resend it, but before that i checked everything carefully, after that i got my AOR, i have not received my first APP yet.

1) Application for PR form do we have to paste our photos
or just attach through pin because it says write down you
name and date of birth back of photo.

2) Economy class form has been change they have added
order of preference do we need to use new form or we have
to send our old form which we sent to CIO

3)supplementary travel form what exactly mean it like
list all trips take outside your country of origin or
your country of residence

just for example my wife came to Dubai on family visa
on jan 2007 so i have mentioned this trip or not
what will be the length till she went India to visit
her mother or not do i have to mention her Indian trip
also and back to Dubai trip also quite confusing

No need to past photos. Put them in envelope as specified by VO checklist and staple that to application. I had put the photos of each member in an envelop and stapled all the envelops to application.

I think you can use new if you have mutliple NOCs. I used the old form. If you are using the new, mention it in your cover letter.

Travels with reference to country of residence. For example if I go to Dubai on work visa for 4 years, and visited home country every year, I would put the purpose of the trip to Dubai as "Work" and duration 4 years. Subsequent trips I would list them as vacation and put duration as 4 weeks, etc. You can also deduct the vacation duration from your stay duration in Dubai.

I think London VO asks for 4 photos for each member. New Delhi VO asks for 6 photos. You might want to double check this.

Mention every thing so that they get the complete picture. Every entry/exit stamp on your passport should match.
In this case, this is a trip out of your country of residence (even if it is to your home country) so, you should mention it.

Any subjective contents in the reference letter/work experience letter?

Hi Lamhey,
I may have confused you a bit. Just submit whatever they are asking for (Exp/Ref letter). Try to get latest and upto date reference letters from all employers. If not, provide explanation.

Refer to ND VO checklist. There is no confusion in the explanation.

Positive comments will not hurt but CIC/CHC may not pay much attention to them. They will have their own checklist and if they have any doubts they will try to verify the employment. Just my opinion..

I have one small question:
I can not find any labor contract of mine and my husband. So can I explain it in cover letter or must I have seperate papers explained for each one?
Also does cover letter mention only updated informations or is it a general letter explained all kind of things (changes and explaination of not sufficient docs) ?

Explain every thing in one cover letter. Keep it brief.
