No, I just claimed 1 company's experience,
Should I send them the same letter with current date on it ?
Should I ask my company to change the address on letter head, but it wont be easy..they are still using old stationary.
Or I can ask them to put a note of new work address on the same letter.

Sorry, even I cannot recommend because not sure what IRCC is expecting. May be someone else can propose. Best luck !

No issue, seeking someone to give input.

Does your letter roles and responsibilities align with the NOC code definition in the IRCC website, it has to match 70% I've heard?

My experience letters which I drafted for Australia and then re-used for Canada were all one page, only 1 even went as far as 2 pages, I prefer these to be short usually 7-8 lines. I regularly sign these letters for some of my subordinates, I recommend them to sharp and precise too.

Nothing to worry about this ADR. Just send an employer letter and make sure to see if there's anything you probably missed last time.

I was in a long flight so wasn't able to respond in time.

No issues at all, hope you had a good flight!
Yes, I'll resubmit the one I have with the change in date only (current date).
I strongly believe my letter covers all areas and contents that IRCC requires.
I pasted my employment letter in previous msgs(last page), appreciate if you can have a look and advise if I am missing something or not.

There are some VOs who would send an ADR when the original doc was sufficient - we don't know the reason why though. And sometimes they send due to corrupted docs, missing docs too. They won't be able to cancel your application if you did everything alright, they can send you a PFL at best, but knowing that they'll lose at the court - they won't take the risk of issuing you a PFL.

I received an ADR on employment letter, even though I submitted at the time of EE application submission.
Now, I asked my employer to provide me a new one and keep it short with a few changes in duties.(precised)
Is it fine if I submit a new one? Not that one which I used in PNP and EE submission?? Should all these be same
(ditto) ?

soonest reply will be appreciated as I have to submit in the morning.

I'd keep the old content unless you are worried about NOC mismatch. Just get an updated date on the letter in case if it helps. Any change in the employment letter will need to be explained if you are changing duties/wording significantly.

I understand, I just tried to make it short a bit and removed duplicated duties that were in previous letter, broke down long statements into short and changed the wording of the content on a very small level. But essence of content is same in both.
Previous and new one are aligned and matches with NOC and both are same.
Even then I should avoid sending a new one ?

AOR: 09 June
Bio: Completed
Medical: completed
Criminality: Passed
Info sharing: Passed
Security: In progress

ADR (Employment letter): 06 OCT
ADR submitted: 10 OCT

What should I expect after submitting ADR? Mostly people get ADR few weeks after AOR, but I got almost after 4 months..
Does this mean final decision is near ?
I have seen people getting PPR within a week after submitting ADR, particularly who get adr after months..
Should I take it as a good sign ?

IRCC request letter statement showing, "we have begun processing your PR application, in order to make a decision we need THAT document"
Do very request letter from IRCC starts with the same statement??

ADR can be asked for anytime, there is nothing specific timeline to it. It is based purely on when and how your application is being assessed.

Again, decision on your application will be based on when your ADR is processed, there in no timeline to it
