Thank you, april_itaapp! You should not be. You came quicker to IP2, that's why you stuck there for longer. In my case, they just put the case in progress when they finished analyzing it, which is rather weird behavior. Wish you getting PPR soon!

Below is my application timeline.
ITA - 12 April 2017
AOR - 28 June 2017
Medicals Passed - 4 Sept 2017
RPRF Request - 21 Sept 2017
RPRF Paid - 22 Sept 2017
Need expert opinions on below queries :
1. Since I have received RPRF Request, can i expect PPR soon?
2. My BG check status says - "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check". I'm wondering why its not yet started?
3. Recently I have renewd my passport bcoz its getting expired on 27 Feb 2018. Should I wait for CIC to ask for renewed passport or should I submit it beforehand? If yes, what's the procedure to submit the renewed passport.
I'm CEC Outland applicant.

Hi Benzene, Did you get any update after you submit renewed passport? My situation is similar to yours i.e. my passport is getting expired on 27-FEB- 2018. I haven't yet received any email from CIC asking for renewed passport. Should I wait for renewed passport request?

I Submitted a copy of my new passport 2 Oct, 2017. After that I haven't heard anything from CIC! and I already paid my RPRF.
I am hoping to get PPR very soon!
I believe they will ask you too, because they said:
"We have begun processing your application for permanent residence, and in order to make a decision we require the following information/documents:
Passport/Travel Doc: Please provide a passport with a validity date greater than 6 months."

I am just wondering, why they did not ask you at 21 Sep? maybe you don't need it!

I was wondering how long will it take to receive any feedback after getting into IP2 stage? Here is my timeline below:
AOR - June 11
Medicals Passed and IP1 - July 28
Request for Add'l Docs - Sept 20
Add'l Docs Uploaded - Sept 26
IP2 - Sept 29
I'm getting worried and very anxious since I was looking at the immitracker and most of the applicant who got PPR just waited for a couple of days or less than a week. It's been more than a week,. should I be really worried because it's taking quite long?
