I think we are in the same boat. We got ITA in Apr end, AOR June 30th. till then BG is NA. waiting for next update. i am in FSWO and NOC 2173 and urs??

Hi Guys,

Hope everyone is well.

Just want to update. I got PPR already August 11. I was just updated by my Agent yesterday so I come to know late.

ITA- April 12
AOR- June 12
MR-July 9
PPR- Aug 11

I tried Immitracker for trial and it is accurate! PPR estimate is Aug 13... Long wait is over... I will be submitting my passport this weekend hope to receive it soon. Planning to land in November.

i have spoken to CIC agent, however, he has mentioned that my bgc did not start yet. however my online status shows IP2 sine almost a month.

I have received this email. Anyone know what does that mean?

"We have begun processing your application for permanent residence, and in order to make a decision we require the following information/documents:


 RCMP Criminal Record Check: You must provide an RCMP certified criminal record check based on fingerprints. Please check the CIC website (Obtaining Police Certificates-Canada) and refer to the criminal record check link. Complete all steps as instructed on the RCMP website. Please follow the RCMP’s instructions to obtain a certified Criminal Record check.

My status changed to IP2 on Aug 10. In this forum i read that PPR's are being issued in batches. Does anyone has idea about how those batches are decided?

In which batch my application will be picked?

I see that people are waiting in IP2 sine Aug beginning as well.

The estimator predicts my date as 16th Aug based on average times.

Did you specifically asked for any checks , like eligibility etc, because that is the correct way to get accurate answers from them. To background questions they give random answers, so cant be sure here. I always suggest to be specific in asking.

I am sure your PPR is on its way and you will receive the golden email this week. I am at NA2 since 26 days (Although I have never seen it go to IP1 but many of you have said I might have missed on the update). A few of the applicants got PR while their BG was NA through out. I am not sure if its the same with my application. Really getting impatient now. @KiranK , by when do you think I will receive my PPR email. My file is being processed at Ottawa.

Ottawa is known to take 40 days also in NA... so let's wait a while.
You can call and ask for eligibility check to know whether they have started eligibility or not, it is usually quick after that.

@KiranK @gurik I have submitted my passport at my local VFS. I have a doubt. The email which i mentioned in the forms at VFS is different from the one which is registered from Express Entry Profile. Will there be any issue with the mis match of email ids? Did you guys get any email after submitting passport, stamping visa or dispatch of passport?

No issue at all in the e-mail, yes they e-mail when they send the pp back.

I am going for Masters in Adult Education and Community Development. It is Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of UToronto.

Also, I applied online by myself. No consultants. Its so weird that the final decision shows your application was approved but the message below is not coming and as I said I am running out of time.
