I am super-stressed as well. A week ago they emailed me from Ottawa that my application is approved and that I should expect further instructions soon. I don't really know why they keep delaying my PPR.

Did they email you as a reply to any enquiry or is approval mail something to be expected before PPR. I have not received any approval mail also.
Anyways congratulations as you can get the PPR anytime from now

Yes that was a reply to an email that I have sent them.

Thanks, good luck to you too - in August we've so far only had like 2 days where there were ~20 PPRs. We need one of those days with 50 or 70 PPRs :)

yep... I also got response that my file has been approved.. a ready for visa letter and instruction will be sent shortly on 27th july still no PPR

For India if there is a long travel history in multiple countries especially war torn countries or have some kind of involvement in violence. Some people say that CIC releases PPRs in batches. If that is true then I hope they will release soon for India batch. Last week was for non-indians.

Called Cic today, had a conversation with a very friendly agent in french, at first he answered me vaguely that my app is ongoing, everything seems normal then i asked a more precise question, is my eligibility passed ? he took time to read and said eligibility passed. i know it's crazy to ask, but how reliable are their information in their help center ?
