Ok,where should I email them I think my file is at cpc ,Ottawa?I have heard that emails are sent via Ottawa not the LVO.yes .. You should call once and check .. This will remove any doubt like we might have missed any communication from their side..
Or you can email them inquiring about your visa office..
If the file has been transferred to local visa office then it is normal to take this much time.
