Statuses by the month of submission from January to up to date:
*It seems like January 2017 - August 2017 there is very little processing at all, tracker is clear example, that those guys have been stuck for now for 5-6-7-8 months without much update.

*Few PPR this week, not a lot, but some.

*Again, few PPRs reported, but not really big number.

*More busier than March and April, but definitely not raining PPR for May guys...

I am totally confused, is there anything to do from my end? , and my work permit will expire in a month .Please provide your suggestions

AOR: File submitted on June 14th
Medicals Passed On: Aug 14th
File was in Ottawa
Here are my statuses
Application status: We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you.
Review of eligibility: We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of medical results: You passed the medical exam.
Review of additional documents: The additional documents you provided are being reviewed.
Interview: You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
Biometrics: We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.
Background check: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check

Hey Guys I got PPR on the 15 sept 2017

Here is my timeline :

13th 2017 May e-AOR
1st June 2017 Medical Pass
1st June 2017 IP1
1st June 2017 RCMP request
5th 2017 July submit RCMP
15 September 2017 PPR

CEC (Outland).

One thing That I realized is that our whole life shouldn't revolve around receiving the Golden email.
Cause sooner or later we will have a response. I understand we all have to make plans, but checking MyCIC so much often won't get it to be processed any faster.

Take time and enjoy being with your friends before you leave and land in Canada.

I feel lucky to have received my PPR, and I am gratefull to all the members on this forum to be so supportive.

Hey Guys,

This is my first post here and I hope someone can help me out.

I have applied for Express entry through CEC and got my AOR on June 2nd, 2017.
Application status:-"We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information."
"Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made"
How long do you experienced members think it will take from this stage? My work permit expired on 20th October and I have not applied for BOWP. I am getting bit anxious.

@rockwood @wolfman10 Looking at the current scenario CIC is processing most of the applications of May AOR. June AOR should start soon. CEC is taking almost 90-120 days or more in exceptional cases for CEC applicants...Have patience it will definitely pay off...

Hey guys,

If anyone has experience in BOWP please help!

My work permit expires on 20th October. I have applied for PR under express entry CEC, AOR 3rd June 2017.
I have since found a better job and will move to different province.
Please advise in the IMM5710E:-

Current Activity section( My last working day at current job is 20/09/2017)
My first working day at next job is 10/10/2017.

I will apply for BOWP next week so I do not know what to write in this section. Please advise!
