i scored 7.5,8.5, 7.5,8 (listening cut me)

I was in the other room not the auditorium and I complained about the Audio quality as it was played on portable player. Test center offered me free exam on 13th Oct but that was no good for me, I made sure they rescheduled me on 28th July. So, I'm reapprearing and I have not been given my 30th June results.
