I saw a lot of people including myself got their status updated on June 28th.

Last month I got my pre arrival services letter, and i register to it. And now its gonna be the end of the month of june and no update yet.

AOR is acceptance of receipt of your application. Ip1 is the stage before ip2.

thank you this is very helpful. But i've done the medical, my husband is ok to sponsor for me , since he is from quebec, i got CSQ from canada too, and then pre arrival... and i pray for the next update

I don't know what is AOR and IP1..

AOR is short for acknowledgement of receipt. This is the message you get in your cic account after you've submitted your PR application and they confirm they received it. IP1 is also not an official term but people refer to the initial change in your background check message as IP1. So after passing your medical the background check status will say something like.."we are processing your background check, we will let you know when we start" It basically means your application is 'In Progress' and has reached the first stage of background checks.
