I applied for GIC account on 22nd and got a revert in 10 working days

I have sent the money via wire transfer on 8th july'2013 but I am awaiting confirmation!! But this is very irritating.
If you still do not have the details then shoot a mail with subject follow up- GIC student program - Name - D.O.B
