What is the trend for visa stamping? Work Permit

I submitted my passport to the VFS Bengaluru office on July 15.
Delivered to the IRCC Delhi Office on July 16
Under process at IRCC from July 17

Before July 23, I was able to see the application status in VFS: "Visa application, tracking ID No. XXX is under process at the IRCC office"; later, it says No record found.

Hi,
Anyone who has recently received their passport back after stamped visa (work permit), what is the current trend of timelines?

I received PPR on 6th August 2024.
Submitted passport at VAC Delhi on 9th August.
Received at IRCC Office on 12th August.

No further updates after that.

Anyone else with similar situation?

Is the IRCC GC Key portal down today?
After entering the authenticator code, it buffers and returns to the ircc main page.

Anyone else facing the same issue?
