mine is valid for 24 months on the day, but I think the dates coincidentally lined up. I did my medical prior to submitting my PR application, and it seems like the 12 months you are talking about started at the date my medical was marked as complete.

I checked May applications, and many mentioned eCOPRs were delayed or stopped in mid-May. Based on this, I don’t expect to receive mine before March.

Im may 1st still waiting for eCOPR, address and picture still in review with IRCC ....
