I got mine P1 on Sep 27th, no P2 as well. And expecting the email from Montreal VO too

I'm actually thinking it's time to contact my MP and hope they can speed the process :)
processing has been so slow lately , it nearly takes 3 months to get PR card after P1. i called IRCC they told me to wait , application is in normal processing times

Yes, they told me the same :) . I can live without PR card for sure, but I desperately want to get eCOPR because of multiple reasons. My and my spouse's WPs expire soon (obviously I can submit BOWP, but it's time and money I don't want to spend) and I have a trip to USA planned in late Nov
