June 2023 Visitor Visa TRV applicants

One month visit. Provided a job letter. She has been working for past 14 yrs . Since she changed position the job letter provided was close to 1 yr she working with company. She owns property back home. Provided all documentation with CA. We did provide Itinerary as well of arrival and return. The cover letter was mentioned with intention of inviting our sister on the arrival of baby.
" At a time of joy, as we prepare to welcome our second child into our lives, being surround by the comfort, stability and support of family is important. Soon, my wife and me would be experiencing such a time, and we would love to have my sister, with us. Therefore, we would like to invite her to visit and assist us here in Canada during this time."

Cant type the cover letter since It had more info which covered the bases.

So she has approved leave for one month. Her letter should have said she was with the company for 14 years. Assume her financial assets are in cash. Saying she will assist you would be a red flag. She doesn’t have family ties to home country. So if she wants to reapply:

- Two week visit
- Job letter with approved leave and saying she has been in the company for 14 years
- Invitation letter: Coming after the birth to meet her niece/nephew, do not mention that she will assist or help
- Finances: $26k in cash
- Travel history: highlight any trave to visa countries.

But the company she works now is a subsidiary company thats y she was only provided letter mentioning she working for 1 yr. Cash 14.415$ and fixed assets 42,000 CAD. Again we mentioned we want her to be a part of this occasion. This is a genuine reason where normally people need assistance during first month. I added in cover letter "I would love for my sister to remain and assist us, particularly during the postpartum period following the birth of our child. As we adapt and start to establish a routine for caring for our newborn and other child, my sister’s assistance would be very helpful. My wife and me are alone and with no family with us in Canada. The postpartum period can be the hardest for parents, particularly for my wife, since a newborn baby usually needs to eat every 2 to 4 hours and trying to get proper sleep would be important for my wife to avoid becoming sleep deprived. Having my sister here at such a happy and emotional time in our family would be a tremendous help and it mean a lot to both my wife and me."

As I mentioned I am looking from my point of view which may not be true in officer's eye.

I can assume its a tough luck. Not sure if I need to reply once again.

So IRCC will see your explanation as work as a nanny. Assume you can help. So if her funds are $14k then a two week visit is reasonable. I have offered suggestions if she wants to reapply but she may want to wait a few months with 2 refusals already. A new application will be viewed as rushed and she needs to address reasons for refusal - funds, job and not a long visit.

My eligibility was completed on June 14th then again went to in progress on June 15th and since then no update

I have almost same timeline as yours but the good thing that your eligibility is under review that might be good sign as they might be working on your father’s application.
But one thing that is also true that IRCC is unpredictable.
Hope for the best decision.
