i have a question. SInce im staying here in Canada via temp visa and im almost 4 months now. Do i have to apply for an extension while waiting for the PR or just apply for the work permit?

You can pick one of the 2.
either apply to extend your status as visitor or if your sponsorship application has reached AOR, apply OWP and this will give you implied/maintainance status.

If you haven't reach AOR, then you should apply to extend your status before the 6 months of dafault stay is allowed.

which one is faster to be approve, the OWP or the visit visa extenstion? Am i allowed to stay even if we are still waiting for the result?

I made a word doc with 20 pics with description and attached that instead. named file like this --> PA Lastname - PA Firstname - Proof of Relationship - Photos and brief descriptions.docx
