I thought online portal would be fast but now after reading different threads it looks like a test trial.

Online is far better and faster.

I submitted the Passport and PR card for minors. Think will be returned for me as well. Wish the online application had that clearly validating.
Will Passport and Health card work then? Please advise

I think I got a ghost update on July 15th - tracker says “updated on July 15”, but there are no changes in individual statuses (e.g. in background check)

Sometimes it takes time to reflect the actual update. You will know sooner or later. It just means Someone is working on your file.

Can I use webform to provide the health cards for my kids to see if my application can be processed instead of being returned as I have given PR and Passport as identity proof on the online application?

Wait for the AOR or return as without that there is no file in the system for your doc to be attached to.

What does "In Process ecas" mean on the spreadsheet? I got the AOR and I have access to the tracker where I can see the different steps (Background, fingerprints, etc.) status, but I cannot see anywhere something related to "ecas".
