I ordered my GCMS notes and it is mentioned as "Criminality not passed due to biometrics pending." I submitted my application on Jan 1,2023. As I am an inland CEC applicant and had a valid biometrics previously, I thought there was no biometrics was needed. Also, I didn't get any biometrics letter. Any help with this question is much appreciated.

ITA: April 24th
AOR: June 21st
Bio Request: August 2nd
Bio Completed: August 4th
MEP: August 4th (later changed in the system to August 5th, no idea why).
U1: August 8th (We will send you a message when we start your bg check).
U2: September 7th (We are processing your bg check).

Aaaand here we are. I travel for work, so I have a fairly extensive travel history. Still I have a mini heart attach everytime I get an email, and I wake up every morning hoping our live has been changed overnight. One thing that has been particularly hard is not being able to schedule work travel because I have no idea if at some point I will be without my passport.

I asked for my GCMS notes on September 13th, and should be getting them somewhere around October 18th.

I’ll keep you all posted!

Yes! Sorry, my last post got cut in half, so here’s the full version.


So, I have some updates!

on October 13th I got my GCMS notes.I passed eligibility on September 7th and have a final note saying “Appears RFV, in queue for PACE review”. Sad part is apparently nobody knows what PACE review means.

so my timeline now looks like this:

Hi! New update.

Yesterday in my GCkey I got an update in the final decision, it now says “november 7 - Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once a final decision has bern made”
