I can see that in the tracker login today (30Mar) that my Oath ceremony has been schedule for 20th April. However, I have not received email yet for the details. Is that odd or does it take time for email to arrive ?

I got very similar timeline +- 1-2 days. Now I am going to be bound to checking the tracker very regularly

I'm in a similar situation. Everything completed, waiting for citizenship ceremony. Have to travel next month for about 40 days. I informed that I won't be able to attend ceremony until first week of April. Will update if I get a response. (Webform and email reply to test invite)

Completed test updated on tracker Dec 15. Called them today. The agent only said your application is within timeline .

because I have a theory and rumor about it. Friend of friend told me, some of the agents quit the job and their workload did not get distributed to the rest of the agents since they already have a good amount of backlogs. So if we (5 people in the tracker) were assigned to one of these agents, I think the wait time of 23 months will be the best excuse and only answer to our calls. I called them yesterday, spent almost 2 hours and received the same answer.

Lol. She even yawned at some point and when I asked her what she said cos I didn’t hear. She said what was the last thing you heard ?
