@forw.jane pointed out that this email is sometimes used by Surrey or Calgary or Edmonton IRCC... For the most part we can assume it's Vancouver. If anyone else has a better idea, they can correct me
Not sure why they encapsulated everything as West but in case of Ontario have Scarborough, Niagra, Mississauga, Ottawa n all.

I don't know. I really wish to get access to the Niagara office email as they seem they take their time

I saw a paragraph below while trying to requsting the travel history from CBSA:

"Using this option means that you will not have to request it yourself. When this option is available, requesting the report directly from the CBSA will cause a significant delay to your application process."

Does that mean if we request travel history from CBSA our citizenship application will be significantly delayed? Why? Thanks

Thank you everyone .. this form was with me since 2017 when I arrived to Canada as a refugee and now I am Canadian!!!!!!
Hope everyone get a very good news soon

Your citizenship application status: Closed on Feb.04
Reason: We have approved your application to become a Canadian citizen.

Congratulations!
You are now a Canadian citizen. Welcome to the Canadian family!

I know someone who's application was rejected because of physical presence ( 10 day's less missed in calculator).

So they take date which you mention in calculator. Ideally when IRCC reviewed application documents after 6 months of application date, so even 10 days are covered but they consider date mentioned in physcial presence calculator.

Next time when my friend applied again application was processed very fast.
Was it reject after it before AOR?

AOR is just basic check. If you check the tracker Physical Presence Complete is a separate activity in which what you mentioned in Physical Presence Calculator is validated. Rejection can happen here if the no of days isn't 1095.

If one of the mods/admins can kindly update my Test date on the June 2022 spread sheet, it would be great.
Test Taken: January 20th, 2023

Interestingly enough it is still not marked completed even though I received email confirmation from Scarborough office saying that it's completed. Tracker is probably bugged.

Hi everyone, I am new to the forum. Here are my timelines:
Application Submitted: June 29, 2022
AOR: June 29, 2022
Fingerprint Request: Dec 7, 2022
Fingerprint updated: Jan 5, 2023
Test Request: Jan 28, 2023
Test Given: Feb 3, 2023
Test "Completed": Feb 8, 2023

My question is that all my other categories such as Physical Presence, Language, etc. are all showing "In Progress". Is this an issue?

No issue. They are to be "In Progress" before moving to completion.
