First date after AOR is usually when you create account. If that is the day of account creation then no otherwise could be.

I just realized that I calculated my eligibility time from Sept 2018 (when I became a PR) and not the June 2017 (last 5 years). Would this be an issue since I already am above the threshold days? Should I withdraw my application?

Did you put correct dates in physical presence calculator?
For an online application, AOR comes in couple of days, you will get to know if something is wrong. No need to withdraw.
I calculated dates from Sept 2018 which are all correct. Do they let you know if there is an issue in the AOR?

They will issue AOR if the application is complete. If they find any problem or something missing, they will return the application for updating it. So, wait until few days to see what happens.
Not sure who the admin is, but once you mention the details here it does get updated in the Google Sheet. Yours also is updated now.

I received the same email today as well. I am already registered with the tracker. It must be a generic email for anyone and means nothing.
