I saw some applicants have received oath invitation, while their physcial presence, language skills and prohibitions in the tracker are still showing in progress?

Does that could happen?

How long do they take to update the LPP? I was expecting some movement after the ghost update on the 4th, but nothing changed.

I just sent an email to ceremony and got a quick reply in response to my inquiry of the citizenship application progress

They said my application is still in progress and will be forwarded to an appropriate unit?

I sent an email to the office that sent my test request which was Vancouver. I haven't received a response yet and honestly think will not receive one but there is no harm in trying.

For my wife's application, we also didn't get test invite yet. Following are the timelines and the case processing center for her application:

App submitted - Jun 12, 2022
AOR - Jun 21, 2022
BG check completed - Nov 28, 2022

No update after that. The case processing center is Sydney.

There are few who still haven't received test invite after BG check is completed.
Sydney is not the real processing center for you. As far as I know every AOR email comes from Sydney.
Depending on your address processing centre will be alloted, for example Toronto addrrss it is generally Scarborough office.

My LPP is still not marked complete. I completed my test on Dec 3. Had a ghost update on Feb 4. Did you have any ghost updates before LPP was marked complete?

Guys. I was asked to provide scans of my passport via an email by IRCC. The request was made on 6th Jan-2023 and I submitted the scans the same day by responding to the email. But since then, I havent received any acknowledgement about it. My citizenship test was changed to passed on 24th Dec-2022. Does anyone know if they send out an acknowledgement or something that they have received the passport scans? How can I ensure they received it?

I received the same request in mid Jan and submitted it the day of as well. I have not received or seen any indication on my online tracker that it was received. I guess we will have to assume it has been received?

Just sharing my timelines to encourage others. Completed the oath ceremony on this Tuesday. Now the next phase begins.

Location: Brampton (IRCC Office - Mississauga)
Physical Days: 1123
Type: Paper
Applicants: Family of 3
AOR: June 23, 2022.
In Process: Mid July. As per ECAS processing started : August 18, 2022
BG Completed: Oct end. In between there was a FP request which was delayed to be updated at IRCC end.
Test Invitation: November 1st, 2022(Window: Nov 7th - Nov 20th, 2022)
Test taken: Nov 16th, 2022
Test completed: Nov 17th, 2022 (updated on 20th Nov) Spouse completed test on 14th Sept but no status moved till Feb.
Language skills completed: February 9th, 2023
Physical presence completed: February 9th, 2023
Prohibitions completed: February 9th, 2023
Oath Notice to appear email: Feb 14th, 2023
Citizenship Ceremony (virtual via zoom): Feb 21st, 2023

ECAS updated to "You became a Canadian citizen on February 21, 2023." on Feb 23rd, 2023
Application tracker still shows Citizenship ceremony as ' In Progress"
