As the Covid situation gets better and the case numbers drop, it is plausible that we might get good news with regards to VAC operations by next month. One thing to look out for is when the panel physicians resume their services again.

If the medical exam services resume soon, then VFS centers could be next in line.

Actually, Panel physicians are working for the UK, Aus visas already because normally it is the same clinic /hospital where all three countries conduct medical.

Problem is that they aren't giving decisions. I mean let say someone is receiving rejection why his result is being on hold? if he gets rejection next month then it will be very little time for him to re-apply again. rejection and vac services doest go hand to hand. they should at least declare the results for the people who have bvl.

the whole visa process has been frustrating and now they aren't giving any result also. It's easier to get a visa for Uk/aus than Canada at least they care for the students. Cad Vo should become more professional.

Also there are no new applications as bio/med is off for everyone. so why cant they declare the results for the people I don't get it or maybe they are thinking that if they declare results late so people wont have much time to re-apply again and their work will be less.

I agree. It is an unfortunate situation for everyone. No one expected Covid to wreak havoc in such a short period of time. I’m hoping that the good people at IRCC announce some policy or exemption soon to address the challenges that students face due to Covid-19.

My only concern is that why aren't they giving results. If you get approval it's good as you will be getting an extension fr visa stamping and at least you can book your tickets and find a place in an unknown country.

But what about the people who will be rejected? for them, they won't have enough time to re-apply for the Sept intake. Already people have lost 16 months because of covid. everyone's money is stuck with the Canadian colleges and bank. I guess they are like these are 3rd world country people so we don't give a fish about them as they are desperate to visit our nation. These kinds of thinking are really bad.

I m maybe sounding harsh but it is the fact. My friend applied for a Norway visa during Feb and they had less "drama" for the application. His visa was done in a jiffy. Here, we spending so much money and writing SOPS, collecting documents, agents fees everything but in the end, they really don't care about us.
