my tracker shows dec 30 we received the information you sent us
but gcms on same date shows incoming
but status says requested via online
but no attachments showing

does your gcms shows
incoming with attachments and what it shows on via:?

yes, attachments with associated dates are same dates i submitted ADR

for me case agent's notes clearly showed they had reviewed ADR

I would order updated notes, but if tracker is showing that it's most likely already received.. i would order new notes keeping fingers crossed. good luck
