We are in the same boat. I submitted black and white copies and just the biographical pages of my passports. Sent my application on June 21. So let's see what happens.

Seems they want us to spend $1000s and lot of time on color copies. What is the stamp is dim or not readable. It's ridiculous; why don't they go for online applications for everyone and people can upload scanned copies.

My hope is we will all get AORS by the end of September and can breathe easy. Try not to worry too much about it , there is very little (if anything at all) we can do about this right now.
This passport all page copy rule came on June 16 as stated in the checklist document. Let's hope they give a grace time period.
