As far as I have seen, you may or may not get reply, so reply is not guaranteed, they sight of getting a lot of inquiries, even those getting response, if the application is within the normal processing times (which keeps on changing) , you generally get a standard response and asked to check the online status. Saying that, there is absolutely no harm is sending a request. For me, I got a reply after a week asking for a ton of details to verify my application and then after 2 months they came back with a generic reply, stating that the application is in process. What I was looking for in particular was if any request was missed by me or not.Had anyone sent webform asking status of application? How long does it takes to get reply? Any idea?
Congratulations!Actually today the tracker shows case closed for everyone - myself and the children. Also, during the ceremony, I requested to pick up my certificate in person due to upcoming travel, so I picked it up today. I was told the children's certificates were mailed out, since I only request urgent processing for my certificate.
Please update the spreadsheet:

Lucky you. For some of us it's still counting...Overall, this took almost 16 months, which is not great, but I guess it's not the worst either.
Yeah, I definitely feel lucky and glad that this process is finally finished. I'm just saying that 16 months processing time is probably slower than what I was hoping for in the beginning, and also many people get it faster, but unfortunately there are many people that have their application stuck for much longer. Don't lose hope !Lucky you. For some of us it's still counting...
Yes, I distinctly remember that the processing time was estimated to be 12 months when we applied in June last year. At that time I thought that was too long Little did I know then that I'd waiting for 18 months with my application not progressing even halfway across the finish lineThe processing time was definitely 12 months when we applied. I remember clearly. It was earlier this year that they updated it to 27 months .... just found some links. The update was around March 31, 2022:

Some lazy agents will just send a canned reply that your application has not reached 27 months, but others will actually try to be helpful and look into your file. Yeah, give it a try, and hopefully a helpful one will reply!

You need to reset the password, you will also probably see a new update in your tracker that should be ignored as It is because of the update in the system, not the application.Hi anyone having difficulty signing in to new citizenship tracker today
