No my pgwp expired in July 2020. I got my bowp approved on Oct 23,2020 which is valid for a year since the day of approval i,e. Oct 23, 2021. I applied for it in June of this year.

Got it I thought you existing PGWP valid till Oct 23, 2021. Thanks for the clarification.

Thank you. my case status is exactly similar to you(criminality is in progress) except my AOR is June 30. My bio status is also completed(updated on Oct 16) . Let’s see how long it gonna take , if you get any update please let us know here.
